The proposed hotel is situated 4km from the Nairobi City centre and will share the premises with one of Nairobi’s most premier restaurants. The proposed hotel will offer conference facilities, restaurants, entertainment areas and 160 beds. The hotel is also in close proximity to the Jomo Kenyatta international airport. The design looked at integrating sustainability initiatives that will complement its visual appeal. There is also a great amount of efficiency that has gone into the planning to ensure that our client gets value for money. Attractive appearance: All over appearance of a Hotel is one of the very important considerations. It should be attractive, should reflect the architecture in the Kenyan context and should also have character of the services being provided.
