The proposed hotel is situated 4km from the Nairobi City centre and will share the premises with one of Nairobi’s most premier restaurants. The proposed hotel will offer conference facilities, restaurants, entertainment areas and 160 beds. The hotel is also in close proximity to the Jomo Kenyatta international airport. The design looked at integrating sustainability initiatives that will complement its visual appeal.
The aim has been to create an architecturally distinct, first class, high quality, sustainable design that will provide an inviting, dignified and environmentally conscious image reflecting the values and status of Eco Tourism.
