These facilities are:

Most of the projects kicked off with a comprehensive Condition Assessment of the existing hospitals, which included drone videography and imaging. Recommendations were then made to align the facility with IUSS Health Facility Guidelines. A Clinical Assessment was then carried out, which is an assessment of the hospitals’ proficiency in dispensing health care.
Next, the Business Cases were developed – these included the strategic context, key national legislative and policy frameworks, situational analysis, options analysis and recommendations. Finally, the Clinical Briefs were developed to present a service package with a breakdown of the required clinical facilities. They include an overview of ideal flows, relationships and activities to aid in the development of the final design brief.
